ULPT : Airbnb next door really noisy

Hey everyone,
I live in a house that’s split into two, my neighbor rents out his side on Airbnb. With the constant flow of guests, I keep dealing with loud music, banging, squeaky beds, etc. The owner doesn’t seem to care at all.
I’m looking for something smart, that can make guests realize there’s a neighbor right next door and maybe push the owner to take things seriously. Nothing harmful or illegal. I’ve already tried polite knocks and friendly notes, but they never make a difference because the guest are never here more than a week or two.
Thanks !

So I got three separate Airbnb properties in my neighborhood to quit doing Airbnb because I looked up the local hotel tax laws and convinced the taxing authority that they were owed lots of money. And they were.
That was a long and onerous process. In the meantime, I called the police on every single noise complaint I could reasonably make, and then I forwarded the incident report to airbnb and the owner.

Record or find a recording of a baby crying. Start blasting it through the walls at random intervals. Preferably when you arrive home late at night, but 6am works well too. Watch their rating drop...

Contact Airbnb. I don’t think they like parties.

If they break community noise laws, turn them in every time and document
