Is this pc any good?

Hi, I don't know much about pc building and I was wondering if this pc is any good: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XwrtPJ.

The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3, WD Blue SN5000, TeamGroup G50, Patriot P400 Lite, or Klevv CRAS C910.

Unfortunately i am bound by rule 3 but otherwise it's a great build

What's that?

this revised list not only improves the build overall(with exception of a lower tier gpu), it also informs you of what u/ps-73 was alluding to
switzer3@reddit
depends on what you're looking to do with it, its a little strange but not the worst i've seen

IMHO, it's a solid build.
Not the "latest and greatest" but it'll work.
One tip: don't use just one large SSD for everything, as they wear out over time. have one NVMe SSD for OS and programs and another SSD or even HDD for your data. That way, when your OS or SSD croaks, your data is nice and safe.
