Kali Linux is a popular, live OS for pentesting. It's used by amateurs, professionals, and TV shows. Kali is meant to be used "live" meaning it is to be put on a CD/USB stick and not keep it's changes logged. It is not meant to be a platform for daily use, i.e. to run steam or browse social media. If you are looking for help for your drivers, head on over to Kali Forums or their IRC. It's recommended to search their forums first!

If you are looking to use Kali as your main distro the answer is don't. Head on over to r/findmeadistro to find something that more fits your needs.
