Is it worth bringing the manager's behaviour up?

Hi everyone
I recently joined the full time workforce after graduating a few months ago with a bunch of others on my team. We are all one big team but have our own sub teams.
Of course, in such a big team there are different roles and levels of responsibility. In my team, there are 4-5 manager, two of them quite high up but not the highest.
For one our projects, all the teams have been mixed up to encourage work and communication across the whole team. We have an upcoming meeting with our team. I have one the managers on our team and she told the other manager, it's not worth going to the meeting and her and the other manager should just meet up without all us newbies
This rubbed me the wrong way and I kinds of felt insulted. She dismissed about 7-8 of us straight off the bat because we are in a lower position than her. She doesn't find it worth it to even have a meeting and discuss ideas. The other manager didn't say anything in response.
Is this worth bringing up to a higher up? I don't think it's right that someone in this position is so disinterested and disengaged with the the work of newer colleagues. Shes been labelled as having dry humour but to me seems out of touch and rude
