I don’t think any of these really ruin your career. First one about task vs goal oriented can impact/slow progression but that’s it.
As someone that did actually ruin their career, the things I did wrong were stuff like generalising too much, not having any direction and just aimlessly following my own interests (since it was just a passion for me), not thinking about the impact different jobs will have and going with whatever, not having any career goals, not networking, working on too many of my own businesses, having a long gap, and just generally taking the fact I even had a career in it in the first place for granted.
