If I plan to buy Flatout for my tires, do I need to get a valve stem remover as well?

I'm moving further from work soon so I need any fights against a flat that I can. I have Tannus Armor but I haven't installed it yet because it's a nightmare to install.

Make sure you shake the bottle before you use Flatout.

the bag of flatout I bought last month has the stem remover built into the straw of the bag.

You should be able to remove a valve stem regardless. It's a necessary tool if you want to perform any tire maintenance / changes on your vehicle. Even Slime tires come with a cheap version. Why is Tannus a nightmare? I have never had an issue in years of use with seasonal tire changes.

I tried to put one on my back tire and it just would NOT go on, so I gave up.
