SR-71 Blackbird is my overall favourite, with a very soft spot for the F-18 Classic Hornet, mainly due to having worked on them, and flown in one.

I grew up on Air Force bases wanting to be a pilot and Luke Skywalker. To me, the closest thing to an X-Wing was the F-16. Anytime there was an opportunity to watch them take off, land, or even walk up to one… I was there.
