A few years ago I mentioned that Foreflight will raise prices to help with “supply chain issues.” Last year I said they will rise prices to “due to inflation.” Now they will raise prices “because of tariffs.” Let the enshittification begin.

We all thought Foreflight being purchased by Boeing was going to be bad, but little did we know the bottom had not been reached. Boeing has sold a portion of Foreflight etc to Thoma Bravo who are known for gutting companies to maximize profit

Yeah, this is the close of a deal announced a few months ago. Here's a release on the newly independent company, Jeppesen ForeFlight: [https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/jeppesen-foreflight-launches-as-a-standalone-company-to-redefine-the-future-of-aviation-software-302602502.html](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/jeppesen-foreflight-launches-as-a-standalone-company-to-redefine-the-future-of-aviation-software-302602502.html)
