Can anyone tell me what exact color this is? Or if there is code in the same way...

VIN has paint code? Paint companies reproduce the colors. Let you fingers do the walking before you buy.

My buddy had a obs gmc painted this color, it looked factory…..

Radar Blue was a factory S10 color. It was basically purple with loads of blue pearl and it looks like this shade of blue in direct light. If you use it as an accent color, like for the tips of flames, they kind of look like they're moving.

No… from this picture, nobody can tell you the exact color or paint code. Hope that helps.

Looks like Pavo purple but more blue.

this is the most useful answer on here ive seen.
looks very similar to the kobalt blue on this link to me.

If I was to try and match it I would go down with a dark sealer, put down a purpleish pearl base coat and use a kobalt colored candy on top. With HOK the though you can literally just mix up a paint on the fly and as long as you have your weights recorded you can duplicate it.

that sounds like a good plan to me. even if you dont nail the color match its gonna look sick.

The wrong one

Maybe a little info? Make/model/country/year/factory/custom? How are we supposed to know the "exact" color without you telling us everything you know about it?
Pistonenvy2@reddit
its obviously not a factory color, none of that information would be useful.
someone here will either recognize the paint or OP will never know.

Confident-Benefit600@reddit

Sweet talk a painter supply to come use their color camera on it.

Looks like my engine bay. I used candy purple. But if it's a type of candy paint, it's difficult to get in a photograph as the colour changes with light angles. Wicked paint though.
bigdaddybodiddly@reddit
A body shop with modern tools could scan it and create a mix to match it.
For example:

My first thought was PPG Perfect Purple, but I’m not a paint guy, so I can’t be sure.
