Been working on this L59/4l60e swap for a minute but first time posting to this group. I’m at the point where I have to integrate the GM PCM into the factory wiring and I absolutely hate wiring. So decided to take a weekend to make a backyard engineered cowl hood to clear the truck intake. If you squint really hard and ignore my garbage welds it’s ✨mint✨. Will need bodyworking and paint, but for now the engine bay is protected.

The vehicle i hated so much i switched to land rovers... mine was a 91 though.

Hah! Were you one of the unfortunate souls who ran through Crank Position Sensors like they were going out of style?

Three wheel hubs, Cooling system twice (rad, hoses, therm, etc), Head gasket and then if the lights were on the tail lights and dash would not work. The final straw was the transmission no longer shifting and basically sold it for scrap.
