Neighbor obsessed or just into harassment?

We'll call my boyfriend Joey, the neighbor downstairs Travis, and his girlfriend Carrie. I'll give y'all some backstory regarding the whole situation. My boyfriend Joey and Travis have known each other for quite some time. They were coworkers at one point which led to Travis making the suggestion for us to move into the same apartment building he resided in. Rewind a little to early last December we ran into him and his girlfriend at Walmart. This was my first time ever even meeting either one of them. We exchanged a bit of small talk between the 4 of us and that was that. On New Year's Eve I ended up going into labor with our daughter. A few hours after her arrival when they had finally switched us from the labor room into my recovery room, not long after Travis and Carrie show up. I'm thinking ok obviously you don't really feel like guests but people wanna see the baby right? It did strike me weird however they got there speedy fast, faster than any of his family or mine and they live an hour from the hospital I delivered at, not to mention these people are complete strangers to me. My mother, my dad, my step dad and my grandpa are just getting there themselves and then two strangers. All standing in my recovery room, uncomfortable to say the least. Fast forward to April of this year. Him and Travis are working together and at the time I had moved in with my dad and Joey and I weren't on the greatest of terms, still together but were not living together. He actually was staying with Travis momentarily. Travis had suggested there was an empty apartment upstairs in the building and that Joey should talk to the landlord. Because of not loving the location of the building I decided not to move in immediately when Joey signed the lease. He however did put me down as a tenant. Early June Joey had come and stayed at my house for the weekend and that Sunday we were out to breakfast when he received a text from Travis stating that he was mad that he missed work. Joey had told him prior that week sometime that he wouldn't be working Sundays that was his rest day and they were not mandatory so he wasn't interested. Travis did not like that in the slightest and let Joey know. I knew in the moment us reconciling and me being back in Joey's life was gonna be a problem. Joey returned home later that night and the next weekend I actually started moving my things in. I had had a miscarriage in May, was still heavily bleeding and experiencing some pretty serious complications from. Sometime in June Joey had to call in late to work because I had to take myself to the hospital and he had to stay home with our infant this was about 6 am. He did let his boss know the situation and his boss was understanding. Around 11 am he text Travis which was his lead at work to let him know he'd be there shortly. Travis told him to walk to where he was or he could get fired. Joey told him he wasn't gonna walk all the way there and to pick him up on the way to the next job well Travis told him that he was fired. He texted his boss and his boss responded saying they were gonna go ahead and start a new guy for his position and that maybe in late summer he could come back. We were floored and utterly confused. Why would he lose his job over this? What did Travis say that would of made the boss change his mind when he was aware of the circumstances. This was the first big incident. Shortly after the 1st of July when the landlord came to get his rent check, he informed me that Travis was accusing Joey of drug use in our apartment. Mind you I would absolutely kill him if he was using but using with our daughter around is an absolute no go and was not happening. It dawned on me that maybe this was what Travis had said to their boss to make Joey lose his job. Then after that was when it really started getting worse. Travis ran into Joey outside one day and ordered us to remove our air units from our windows because we were using too much electricity and informed us he was property management for the building. I will attach what I responded. Next was him not liking where I was parked and demanded I move the car or it would be towed. He was moving some bricking for a diy fireplace for the back of the building and he had to walk about 15-25 extra steps around my vehicle. So he posted no parking signs. The next thing was one day we came downstairs to find out daughter's stroller moved and actually shoved into the ground near the trash bins outside. I did take pictures but I was trying to be the bigger person so I didn't call the authorities. The next day there are cameras installed in the common area of the apartment building. It was originally installed in front of his door facing the main door. I thought hey whatever extra security never hurt anyone. The next day the camera is moved to the top of the main door facing the stairwell. For context there are two downstairs apartments where he and another couple live and upstairs are three apartments where two are vacant and we are the only residents up here. The time that the camera was installed my boyfriend and I were having some issues and he ended up staying at his mom's. At this point I'm feeling very targeted already because they were good friends until I moved in and now he's caused him to lose his job he's continually harassing us and making issues with everything were doing now I have this camera pointed right at me going up and down the stairs. This time I am back at work which I own my own business and because I was off for so long I lost clients and basically am starting from scratch which means I have to take shit jobs and subcontract work out even. My company is open 24/7 and the jobs that are subcontracted require late hours as I can't get in to do my job until normal work hour employees aren't working. Sometimes I come home between 2-4 am. Next thing I know I am coordinating with my landlord to pay Augusts rent and he lets me know Travis is now saying I'm on drugs, I'm doing them in the building common hallways and I am prostituting myself out. I informed Jerry that I work with multimillionaire property owners who would not hesitate to replace me if I ever showed any sign of intoxication of any sort. I don't even drink. I do however smoke weed from time to time and I even discussed that with the landlord and got his ok to smoke inside when our baby is with her Mimi. Travis has now spread so many false rumors of me and me and one of my workers who I have come in with me from time to time briefly to write up work logs or invoices. Then September Travis turns away a guest saying he's a drug addict and isn't allowed here as we're coming down the stairs he taps into his camera to start talking shit to Joey. Well Joey is younger than me and not in the best control of his emotions especially after months of harassment from him things escalated and Joey jumped up to swat his camera. They argued a bit and Travis shuts the door on him trying to lock us out the door to the building ends up damaged and Joey goes to jail. Right after I'm standing outside and he is recording me with his camera through the small window in the door?? On top of everything until court proceedings are over Joey is on a no contact with Travis and Jerry because Jerry pressed charges too for damaged to the door. Meaning he isn't allowed on the property. I'm left alone in this apartment with this neighbor from hell who I don't even know and have absolutely no idea where or why he hates me so much. I wasn't feeling very comfortable here so I decided to only stay for short times and not alone. While I'm gone things are moved in my apartment not once not twice but four times I came home to find things moved about. Nothing damaged just moved things that would make me sound absolutely crazy with no proof. So again the police weren't called. After asking my landlord to change my locks and getting no response I changed them myself. The apartment we currently are in Travis has lived in previously. He has actually lived in every apartment in the building. I'm thinking he has the key because we were only issued one key when we moved in. Then a week or so ago I am here with my dad getting something and Travis begans to tell me that the fridge in our apartment is his and he wants it back. I told him no, that wasn't happening. He said he would call the cops and I urged him to. He then very aggressively calls me and fucking bitch cunt in front of my dad my dad turned around and said excuse me? Dude took off running and slammed the door in my dad's face. My landlord has been absolutely no help with any of this, in fact I've asked him numerous times to ask Travis to desist in the harassment and for help mediating the whole situation. We now got a letter from the landlord saying we have 30 days because of a lease violation. Which I'm sure was the damage to the door and in regards to that it wasn't just Joey's fault. Travis was pushing the door closed on us and Joey was pushing back. Resulting in a very small peice of the already broken door jam to fall off. Joey is taking the whole thing to trial because alot of false information was given to police and luckily Joey has two witnesses who saw everything. We are supposed to be out December 1. We have a small baby under a year. What are some unethical tips you may have for me?
