I’m so old all I could think of when I saw this was “What a waste of toilet paper! Don’t they know how expensive that is???”

I can think a lot of things — it’s tacky, wasteful, someone’s going to have to clean that up, having it draped over electrical wires looks like a fire hazard, i really want to say it’s litter, but I know TP will biodegrade at least, so disgusting when it rains.
