Custom Fire Control Group

Good afternoon, I finally finished up the fire control group for my current project, Semi Auto Ultimax.
Regarding material used should it be 8620 or is there something else that might be better? Will be CNC matching trigger, sear, hammer and disconnect.

Don't over think it. Just get pre-hardened 4140 and save yourself a heat treating headache.

I have an AR trigger made of 4140. No heat treat that has fired thousands of rounds (over 3,000) and even more dry fire and if you look really hard you can see some ear and tear but nothing that says stop. The heat treated one shows even less wear and tear and are over 10,000 rounds. So heat treat helps but most people don't get that high a round count so.....
