Snyder st600-c, the Zap Xebra is the electric version.
steelabjur@reddit
Yep! No ZAP or Xebra branding in the expected spots for it to be a Xebra. This is a Snyder ST600-C. Manufactured by Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Industry Co. in China (who also built the Xebra, which is why they look the same). They were imported in small numbers from 1999 to 2013 by Snyder Technologies (under the name "Wildfire Motors Corporation"). They're 4 speed manuals, with the biggest difference between the two being the Snyder is gas-operated (600cc 2-cylinder engine) rather than electric.
Here's a video with the exact same make/model, and even in the same color, as the one in the OP: https://youtu.be/nL3oSfotDuQ?si=6Ea--gytGdno2bV4

Not a Snyder ST600 or whatever it is?

Never heard of that honestly. I always just though they where Xebras.
