Remote job ideas for a failed ATC trainee, no degree (Canada)?

Hey lads,
I spent well over a year at Nav Canada but unfortunately failed out of IFR ATC training on the OJT portion. I'm still deeply passionate in aviation and would rather all my time in training not to go to complete waste, so I'd love to receive a little advice on where to go from here in case the company doesn't offer me a re-course/FSS.
Can anyone list some potential career opportunities that I can continue that don't require a degree, and are preferably fairly remote? I'd love to get out of the GTA and to a small town, and would love something that might value my limited ATC experience.

I'd go with dispatch, or crew scheduling in an airline. Both very involved and provide opportunities to move up in an airline.

Maybe try to go into RMC as an aerospace controller?
If you have good enough highschool grades, given how much they’re in need of people, maybe worth exploring.
Just an idea!

I second this. I went to RMC after high school and have been working as an RCAF Pilot for a number of years now. The military has treated me well! There are a few jobs that are aviation related (Pilot, AEC, ACSO, AOO) and certainly opportunities for remote postings!

Unfortunately remote aviation jobs in Canada are few and far between, and only getting rarer as most companies are slowly killing WFH. You’ll probably only get one if you have lots of, or specialized, experienced.
Dispatch is a common and solid option, but it’s not remote.

Dispatch, if you write the exams? I hear people who have failed medicals for ATC/Pilot go this way.
