Is Hand Rolling Tobacco a scam?

Ive been trying to get a hold of a certain brand of cigarette that they don't sell in the UK as I'm a collector (i know weird hobby) and i stumbled upon this site, it looks promising at first with a large range of tobacco products but seems too good to be true. I wanted to buy a few different products but one of them was a flavoured tobacco and i was wondering if i ordered a small parcel, roughly 150g of tobacco would i be likely to have my parcel seized and if it is would i be fined/persecuted?

Bit late to the party, but I ordered from the indonesia site 2 weeks ago, just recieved my order. Payed for the insurance for the order but not needed and did’nt have to pay any customs charges, I would say stick to 8 packs or under and limited baccy

I thought of trying HRT until i thought that id risk a shipment being seized as i heard cigarettes go into a UK tobacco warehouse first

Me too, the international stuff confused me and I had to accept a call from my bank and never got it so I can't buy from them. All the imports are from the same brand I'm pretty sure I checked. I'm pretty sure it's legit otherwise it wouldn't be at the top of the results for imported cigarettes, the site still looks a bit suspicious considering the prices are around the same as the prices in Japan. It's not your fault DW I'm too far with the short term codes for drugs.

Im not gonna lie, i live in London, and i still import japanese tobacco. Royal mail be taking care of me. The middleman i use seems way more suspicious than HRT , but ive imported several times now

I heard Jacob Jones talking about them and now that's all I can think about, I stopped smoking a while ago but quitting isn't working, I just have a headache and don't want to spend a lot and something that doesn't taste like just chemicals might help

Site is legit, used them many times. I was impressed with their collection and ordered some obscure flavoured tobacco alongside my usual brand. The more common stuff (pueblo in my case) was excellent, the flavoured stuff was a tiny bit stale, like it had been on a shelf for a long time. I paid for the faster shipping option every time, they mostly arrive within a week but the one time took close to three weeks to the UK.
They recommend you limit the amount you order at one time to decrease the likelihood of customs seizure. They don't falsely declare or mark the item as a gift. If it does get pulled by customs, it's likely you will lose the items.
That's the real catch, you must understand that it's a bit of a gamble. Never had an issue myself, but they also have an option where you can pay for extra insurance and if it gets seized they will resend the whole order for free.
Considering the cost of tobacco here is 3x what you'd pay on the site, you can order three times and if one gets seized you're still up compared to what you would have been buying here.

Tax, duty and shipping could be ten times the original price by the time it gets to you, if it gets to you at all.

You might have to pay import duties/tax, but if it is a legit site then you're not going to get fined or prosecuted, no.
If it's a legit site it should lay this down explicitly - unless it's a UK operation and shops from within the UK.
