probably the opposite. a mosque was attacked and other attacks happen on mosques and brown people in general many times and are never covered. every single time a brown dude does anything its classed as terrorism (the dude can never be mentally ill or anything else its always a terrorist attack just cos he is brown. cos apparently brown people cant be mentally ill just terrorists) and is plastered on the news and the front page of every newspaper (especially the daily racist).

Speculation is usually to promote a particular (wider) theory. And as I can easily think of 4 possibly motivations and could probably come up with more, that’s a lot of potential agendas.
