I strongly support the sale being completed as soon as possible to the new owners, the swift creation of proper, humane living spaces, and most importantly, that these animals are fully protected under the law. Dolphins and other marine mammals deserve to be cared for, safeguarded by legal protection, and allowed to thrive safely and healthily for generations to come.
