Going to Dallas for first time. Any must visits for food, bars, nightlife, live music, and must sees?

Howdy!
This is my first road trip to DFW from Monterrey, MX. The furthest I've drove is to ATX, but I want to see my Dallas Cowboys vs Eagles and decided to stay in Dallas (Deep Ellum).
So I would like any recommendations for places to be and enjoy in the city.
I mostly like brewery's, dive bars, any type of place with live bands/music, good food, amazing BBQs. And I want to go to a 2 step place.
Also any recommendations for going to At&T stadium, I saw a couple of shuttles, but I don't know which one is the best, if there's one that takes you from Dallas to Arlington and back? I'm not try to pay $150 USD for parking in Jerry World.
I saw there's a cool Walmart in front of the stadium, I understand you must NEVER park there, but I still want to visit it because I heard it has cool cowboys merch.
Thank you so much in advance!

Dickies 100%. Every non-texan should go at least once to experience the authenticity.

The Rustic has live music in their outdoor space and a friend told me she two stepped there as well.

Mikes Chicken on maple ave. Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center. Best dive bar I like is Lee Harvey’s in Oak Cliff.

Monterrey is a great city. Probably my favorite to go visit just not in the summer.
For 2 step Red River in Dallas.
Billy Bobs in Fort Worth
Pregame at Texas Live. You’re better off ubering to the stadium. Idk from deep ellum.
Bbq you judge like a taco stand if there’s a bunch of cars and people it’s a safe bet

If you don’t mind a 12-15 minute walk, park at the baseball stadium for $40, and walk to Jerry World.

Lived in DE for two years. Of course you have the BBQ spots. I preferred Terry Blacks over Pecan Lodge but both are good.
For the dive bar you gotta hit Adair's. Trust me. Grab a beer and a cheeseburger and listen to some great live music.
Deep Ellum is great to explore. Check out the shops and anything that looks interesting. Just be a bit more cautious at night. Crazy rowdy party crowd typically.

Was gonna say, doubt you can afford anything after paying to see the cowgirls in person at Jerry World

Jerry would cry tears of gold just to see the Cowboys get to the playoffs.

I bet he would too. Not gonna happen in his lifetime with the curse Jimmy Johnson put on him.

Harwood Arms is a good Irish pub with great food. Doesn’t close until 2am. Also there’s a place called Happiest Hour. Sports bar and club on rooftop. Great vibe! Also everything in Dallas closes at 2am so if you’re trying to get out, now is a good time to go.
