Worked my way up from support to sysadmin in 2 tears. Switched company after that for better pay. 2 years in my current role. It is to much to learn and overwhelming. I do not know anything about networks, server hardware or scripting. I also feel like i am missing alot of basic knowledge. I mostly work with linux servers. Does anyone have suggestions on where to start with learning and getting better?

This is a free "Intro to Linux" course from The Linux Foundation. This is who signs Linus Torvalds paycheck.
