I'd say this is more of a quesadilla crime. Like somebody throwing grilled chicken on a poutine you know. It's not a horrible crime and it doesn't make the poutine any less of a poutine but it's still a crime but a minor crime. Like stealing bread from a baby.

Zap the pepperonis for like 40 (or more- depends on your microwave) seconds and get them crispy Then make this the way you did It’ll be crunchier and spicier

I picked up the teeny tiny pepperonis. And then for authenticity; make sure to put a copious amount of basil and oregano on it. Plus some mozza and some cheddar.. hell yeah brother.
