US imposes more sanctions on Russia as Ukraine war continues - ABC News
The US is 100% with Israel whenever it goes to war.
The war in Ukraine was started by the US, with Israel's help in implementing the coup and establishing a new jooish government, by spending at least $5 billion. The Ukrainians, who don't have to fight, are still chilling. See r/UkrainianConflict for example. But the US is still leading it, and its allies are with it, despite Trump's hesitation. Nato expansion is led by the US, and it expanded only because of the US' pressure. The US would coup any European country that dared to oppose - Romania, for example. Probably, the US' grip on some of them (Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia) is loosening, rather insignificantly, however. They are far from challenging the US' intentions.
Trump cancelled the meeting with Putin. Maybe he feared Putin might reject the meeting. Actually, too dangerous for Putin to travel there regardless of Hungary's effort. Putin would be forced to travel there without his fighter-jet bodyguards.
I thought Trump wanted to discuss about Israe-Iran conflict more than about Ukraine. According to some YouTube vloggers, Russia would build a bridge between Russia and Alaska. I think that is too ambitious, probably would never happen.
The US has sanctioned Russia once again. Trump's admin announced new sanction targeting Russian oil. Countries relying on Russian oil are so many, including EU, which might sacrifice themselves fearing the US retaliation, although that would hurt their economies.
If Trump wanted to end the war, he could say so and had done so.
