From fairly decent spam musubi to … this, the meals are getting sadder somehow

Picture 1 was something I’d posted a while back in July then deleted. Spam & egg sushi rolls, it was bussin’. Picture 2 is today, canned diced potatoes in golden curry (used the cube), chicken strips with kewpie mayo, and frozen onion pancake. Mental healths definitely taken a nosedive since July… Bon appetit, fellas…

If you want to loose some weight: I lost 13 kg in 2 months- Mediterranean diet and lots of walks (7000 steps should work). Olive oil, fish 3 times a week meat 2 times a week, forget shitty food, sweets 1-2 times a week. Nothing deepfried.

Nah, same thing doesnt work for everyone. If i ignore my cravings, I binge eat afterwards. I’m making it work. Thanks tho, I’ll check it out.
And besides, some days are better than others, I make a mean mushroom spaghetti, and an even better rotisserie chicken wrap, so telling me to stop cooking ain’t gonna stop me.
Only way to improve is to keep cooking, so I will : )

Honestly this doesn’t look too bad, like I’m not serving it as a dish to guests but this all looks good. And a mental health dive and you still made a 3 course meal? Hell yeah bro, that’s nothing to be ashamed of. Hope things start looking better for you, also save me some of them spam rolls.
