Mm not exactly. I searched up the image and it looks like a lettuce which isn't in the photo I took. It's a Mediterranean food which is called Horta vrasta in Greek. Horta vrasta

I have a similar byproduct whenever I mown the law, put the grass and weeds in a plastic bag, and leave it out for a week.
