PC no display, works sometimes after multiple manual restarts (power button) ?

Pc is stable, have run it for days on end, only when it turns on ( display works ).
-
old parts: ryzen 5600g, 32gb ddr4 ram, asrock b450 micro atx mobo, colorful 3060 gpu, wifi card tplink, ssd and hdd.
-
new parts: PSU thermaltake 600W Gold, Case coolder master Q300L
Transported my system from india to the usa by disassembling and bubble wrapping the parts individually
Issue:
on clicking the power button, the ram rgb turns on, case fans and the gpu fans and cooler fan spin, usb devices have power (backlight on keyboard and mouse lights turn on). Monitor displays no signal.
then, i click power button, system turns off, lights go out, and then i turn it on again, after a few tries, the display magically works and i can log back in. After which, running stress tests, playing games, web browsing, all just work fine, i have kept pc running for two days without any issue ( just turn off the monitor and turn it back on when i want)
upon shutting down, its a game of roulette.
Have tried: 1. unplugging everything and plugging it back in, tried to reseat ram, gpu, wifi card. 2. shutting down, unplugging, holding power button etc to clear cmos. 3. loosening the cooler mounting screws. 4. clean windows install 5. Have verified that i have used correct mounts 6. monitor works perfectly fine with my laptop, tried two cables just to make sure.
TLDR; PC is stable once it's on, but booting up is a total roll of the dice and the display output usually doesn't work until I try turning it off and on a few times. Most parts are old except psu and case. Need help :/

amigo, tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Encontraste la solucion? estoy un poco desesperado jajaja, llevo dias con el mismo problema y los intentos para encenderla pueden extenderse hasta 1 o 2 horas... Agradeceria mucho tu respuesta

no solution so far, am gonna try and ask for a replacement on the psu, but its likely that the gpu is fried. please let me know if you end up finding the solution!

I moved cities and shipped the pc. the hard disk became loose after shipping. I had lost hope on the gpu, but i think you are right, it may not have been the gpu, maybe some cable maybe the psu idk what changed, but maybe some component just needed to be shaken, but i plugged in the gpu and it works. sorry if im not specific enough but to be honest i dont know what changed. maybe it was the outlet that was a problem? its working right now, will let you know if it dies.

Update.
after about a month of not shutting down the pc, it started the display output problem.
Ordered a new psu and a new motherboard.
Tried switching psu. Weirdly, the system wouldnt boot at all. fans spin, ram rgb works, no display out from gpu or egpu.
Then tried swapping motherboard. Worked with new psu, and old psu.
Restarted multiple times to make sure.
TLDR: update is that the motherboard was likely bad. The psu was probably fine. assume that swapping it worked, unless i post another update 😅
