Hi guys!! Seeking expert advice. Japanese cuisine features a lovely prawn called "Sakura ebi"- a tiny, tiny prawn that has all sorts of cool uses. What sort of shrimp can I find in these waters? Who should I ask to get them in mass quantities for me? Thanks <3 "Uncle Rigatoni"
