Energy hot chocolate for offshore sailors?

Hello everyone - I’m looking for a bit of feedback from the community (:
I’ve got a few solid ocean crossings under my belt, several deliveries back from Hawaii, a transpac race, and an Atlantic crossing coming up.
One issue that I often see is that when people are tired, they get complacent, especially at night. Staying alert on watch is paramount to safety.
Many people turn to coffee to give them that boost. It’s warm and comforting, but the caffeine destroys your sleep and ultimately makes the problem worse. So I stay away from it.
Recently I’ve been experimenting with adaptogens and nootropics - essentially mushroom and root powders that provide energy, focus, stress relief, or a number of other benefits. They seem to really work!
Leading up to my Atlantic crossing, I’ve been developing a rich hot chocolate mix (I love a warm treat offshore) that has a few nootropics and adaptogens for energy and focus. I also added bone broth and milk powder because I could use the nutrition and it’s pretty good!
Anyway, I wanted to tap into the opinions of this salty bunch and see if any of you think you’d benefit from something like this? If anyone is particularly interested, I’d be happy to send out some samples if you’d provide feedback on it!
Thanks in advance!

Coffee and water. You're overthinking it.
