Fix Mondays

Abolishing Monday entirely would just turn Tuesday into the next Monday. So I propose we fix this problem by giving people half a day off every Monday. On Mondays workers will only work for half the amount of time they do on other days. The extra time can be used either to sleep in or to leave work early, or some combination. Thus resolving the Monday curse for good.

You're welcome.

What about a day off on Tuesday? Then Monday is also like a Friday. Maybe it balances out then.

okay it would be a massive and unrealistic societal shift but the best solution i think would be to change the entire week from seven days to six. Four days working and two days off. Six days is also easier to divide in half and thirds. Just change the entire calendar. Someone else has probably thought of this before

In other news, Fridays are no longer casual. Full 10 hour shifts expected.

How about teleworking Mondays and Fridays

Yes. Extra sleeping time on Monday would be fantastic.

More palatable than a four day work week- business hours are already cut off on Fridays. Make business hours start one hour later and end one hour earlier Mondays and Fridays.

What about 2nd Monday, 3rd Monday, 4th Monday and Pre-Saturday Monday?

This is actually quite good
