Should I stay in Lower Greenville, University Park, Design District or Bishop Arts?

Ideally is a location that’s maybe a bit more quiet but still walkable to restaurants and bars. Ok to be more lowkey, also fine if less lowkey but in a safer area. Want to make the most of a three day stay!
