Hilux makes a sound when turning right, what is this?

Hey!
I have a 2008 hilux
I just got her back after having 2 new struts installed + a cv joint on passenger side.
Since i got it back from the mechanics, I noticed whenever I turn right, the car makes a creaking/ almost a rubbing noise. It doesn’t happen if I go left or straight. Only when I turn right. I called them up and they can’t get me in till later in the week, problem is I need to do a 1000km journey before hand, but I don’t want it breaking down on me.
Do you think this is a massive issue/ don’t drive on it?
Additionally since the mechanics whenever I go above 80km it does the shakes. When asked they said it was probs a wheel alignment so that is booked in for tomorrow morning.
Do you know what it could be?

Find a new mechanic. No mechanic who cares about their customers will push them off a week when they are facing a 1k km trip. They could have gotten you in and had it swapped back out same day. It's not that hard of a job especially when they've just done it.
Take it for a balance and alignment before your trip. If it still shakes, then give the shop the choice of them paying for a rental for you or getting you in right the fcuk now.
That mechanic doesn't give a carp about your safety. Get a new one.
