I drive a z28 2000 Camaro convertible. What do I need to know about it?

I inherited a 2000 z28 Camaro convertible from my grandfather. I’ve been driving it for a year or so and people always ask me about it and tbh I have no clue about anything that’s happening under the hood. All I really know is whoever had it before my grandfather modified it in some ways, I know for certain it has a solid air intake(whatever that is) but it might have some more stuff that I don’t know about.
TLDR: I got a car from my grandfather and know squat about it and cars in general and wish I could answer questions I get about it. What would be some general things that I should know about my car?

Great car!
If you have an owner's manual, read it. If you don't, download one and read it. Particularly the maintenance section, because if your GrF did not keep maintenance current (and you don't have service records to review) it might need some catch-up work. To learn more about the car, take it to a weekend car show or a cars and coffee and go talk to other Camaro owners, particularly the 4th gen ones. Don't worry about condition or making it perfect for the show. You just got it and are looking for tips! Ask others what they do to keep their 26 year old Camaros looking nice. Join a local Camaro club and go to the monthly meetup/cruise-in. You'll learn more about your car there and all it's quirks and features than anywhere else. And make some new friends along the way.
Convertible shopping list: Go to Walmart and buy a $5 tear-off sticky lint roller, a 10-pack of the cheapo microfiber towels for $7, and a $8 mini-paint-roller kit. If you don't already have a low lint or lint-free towel the same color as the top to dry the car with, buy one. Purchase some 303 Fabric Guard. Get the 2-bottle kit with the cleaner which is about $40 on Amazon.
Wash the car, use the fabric guard cleaner on the top fabric and dry (following directions on the cleaner bottle). Use the lint roller to clean dust/debris off the top after you clean the top and before you install the 303 Fabric Guard sealant.
Follow ALL of the directions on the cleaner and sealant bottle labels with one exception: Instead of spraying the sealant on the fabric, buy a $8 mini paint-roller kit from Walmart and pour the FG in the tray and ROLL it on the fabric. This does two things: gives a more even and more thorough coat, and prevents overspray which is a PITA to remove. The 303 FG is like clear coat paint and any droplets will dry thick and hard like pine tree sap, so have a couple of those cheapo microfiber towels handy to clean up any drips.
Let it cure in a garage (if you can) for however long it says, 24 hrs IIRC. Voilà! Your top is now much better protected from the elements, the fabric will last a years longer than otherwise, and will be MUCH easier to keep clean.
