Wolkswagen dealership changed the tire/rim on the brand new 2025 taos?

Hi everyone,
I bought a a brand new 2025 Comfortline Taos yesterday from the wolkswagen dealership yesterday. As i am looking at purchasing winter tires today and the tires currently installed on the vehicle are Nankang 215/45 R18, which does not match the factory specifications listed in the owner’s manual or Volkswagen’s documentation for this trim. According to the standard specs, the correct tire sizes should be either 215/55 R18 or 235/55 R18. That's when i noticed they changed both of the factory tires and rims, Additionally, I noticed signs of rust on wheels. Also it says on the purchasing document the KM should be 90 but on mine was 411km. Was this normal on a new car? I called the dealer and he admitted that he wasn't aware until he picked up the car for me yesterday and that he will talk to the owner on Monday about his situation. I am beyond pissed at this situation, i felt like they are scamming customer. I do not even want this car anyone, can I ask to return it or has this happened to anyone else before? What should I do in this case?
Thank you to anyone that can help me or provide some insight!

I'm assuming from the reference to Comfortline this is in Canada. '90km' is the standard mileage on delivery that that software the VW/Audi/other dealers all use, the one that gives you two financing options, defaults to.

Yes in canada

Okay. So.. the discrepancy with the paperwork generated with that software is irrelevant. 411km on a new car is very high, did they explain it at all?
And have you confirmed with the order guide (ideally) or brochure that you indeed have the wrong rims for how the vehicle is supposed to be equipped?

To be honest I did not even noticed the KM today. No they did not talk about the tires and rims yesterday I picked up because it was pouring rain. I just went home

https://www.volkswagen.de/idhub/content/dam/onehub_pkw/importers/ca/2024/en/showroom/buyers-guide/MY25_BG_Taos_EN.pdf is the brochure, it's not the order guide but close enough.
If this is a Comfortline, you should have the '03' or '04' rim design.
One other thing you should do - check the VIN to make sure it matches the VIN on all your paperwork.

No my rim definitely does not look like the one in the booklet. Ahh these people. So dishonest
