Rice balls and quorn nugs

I got rice balls like that from trader joes. They just called for being microwaved and completely fell apart. Looks like baking them might be better? Or maybe I could pan fry them to build up a crust.

I like a crust I can peel off so I threw them in the air fryer. Pan frying would definitely work
