Best Local Beer?

Hi, my Texan friends!
I’m visiting from STL and in true beertown native fashion, I’d like to bring back some local beer for my partner. He likes IPAs, lagers, and exceptional Oktoberfests.
Any good recs? I’m staying in Coppell with friends tonight so something that I can find in the local section of total wine would be great just for convenience, but I don’t mind a little detour for something really good.
I appreciate all of your help and I’ve really enjoyed my time here, Dallas and its suburbs are lovely. If you’re ever in STL, hit up the STL Reddit for great recs so maybe I can return the favor!

My favorite IPA is Manhattan Project Half-Life. Their brewery is nice to visit!

IMO, Turning Point Beer does the best IPAs

St Arnold's (Houston, so Texan but not local) is a great Oktoberfest and I love Shiner's too, but not sure if it's out yet.

Coppell is pretty far from my favorite place but Intrinsic Brewery in Garland has excellent beers from the ones you mentioned and would be great to grab but probably too out of the way.

I think you are referring to Intrinsic Brewing in Garland. If so, I love that place! They also have great BBQ in the back.

Peticolas, fantastic beers and you can grab cans from some stores around DFW if you don’t want to go to the brewery in design district.

Particularly, Velvet Hammer. That is one amazing beer.

Peticolas Velvet Hammer or Wintervention

Tupps juice pack is great, east side lager is good, both are available at total wine and more or a grocery store. Big German from rollertown is a solid kolsch. Armor brewing, Lakewood, and Manhattan Project Beer Co. all have great beers too.

Martin House Brewing in Ft Worth is worth the drive! We love so many of their beers. Rollertown is great too but they just relocated and won't be open until Friday 10/24.

Community Mosaic IPA, you can get it at TW

Celestial. Their IPAs are their claim to fame, but their stouts need to be as well. Also, if you want fun beer that doesn’t even taste like beer, they’re great for that too

Texas Ale Project’s Fire Ant Ale is a red ale that’s amazing - not quite those you listed but has a hoppy enough bite and it’s a great brew that should be getable.

Vector Brewing has Vector Formal right now and it's a great lager. I'd call to see if they still have cans of it. Their year round lager is Bullpen and still pretty good.
Celestial for IPAs
Take him some Peticolas Velvet Hammer
