Worked their for 10 years, they had upped the driver 1 pay a handful of years back to try and keep folks around. Extra board sucks but you can make 100k+ but your gonna have to work for it. You'll max out after 2 years and as long as you can keep a route you like awesome, but they where transitioning to mostly driver/driver routes out of the DC I was at and they suck. Have you looking at 6-8 hours off in between routes and getting the rest of your "off duty" driving to the DC our in the back of the truck. Also if the guy with you sucks you either work more or it takes longer to get done.
