Protein Powder

How many are using this as something to stock up on? With the USDA suggesting eggs will be $1 each by the end of this year, I can only assume other high protein sources will be insane. At less than $1 per serving and 25 grams of protein, this seems like a great thing to have on hand. Low fat content, so possibly put in mylar with oxygen and moisture absorbers for long term storage?

When people talk about protein powder, they’re really talking about a convenient way to get high-quality protein without always needing to eat large amounts of meat, dairy, or legumes. The best ones deliver 20–25 g of complete protein per serving, digest well, and don’t burden your stomach. You want something that mixes smoothly, is low in fillers and sugar, and supports muscle repair and daily nutrition.
If I were you, I’d go with Dymatize ISO100 for a clean, fast-absorbing option that’s easy on the gut. And for more flavor/versatility, Dymatize Elite 100% Whey is a solid pick too — great in shakes, oats or recipes. Both deliver real protein without the fuss.
