Accommodation near beach with Air Canada

We are flying anywhere Air Canada flies. It includes (I believe Asia, parts of South America, etc. ). We tried Thailand. Would like another idea where it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg for accommodation. ( $100 or less/night). We don’t want crowds. We do need access to restaurants etc (maybe Uber) Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I would try Lisbon, Quito, or Casablanca.

Belize might be an option for you.
I bought a cheap flight this year and went and it was really great. I spent a few days up in the jungle area (san Ignacio) to see some ruins and wildlife and then spent the rest of my time in Caye caulker. It was pretty chill— totally walkable but you can also rent a golf cart.

Not cheap at all...

I spend my Winters in Lima. I would suspect the Ecuador would likely be cheaper.

We lived Vedado (Havana), Cuba for several months. Rented a 3 bedroom house for less than $100/night.
