Answer: this site has become a politically captured shithole that’s a far-cry from what it was intended to be. Just change ur IP, make an alt and move on. Nothing on here is worth keeping, karma means nothing and this won’t change until a viable competitor to this site comes onto the market.

Your title is difficult to understand. For those who don't get it, he means that the admins did all the listed actions to his account, and he questions how this is possible, because the listed actions are all against Reddit's Terms of Service. There's a clearly outlined set of actions that can be taken against accounts allegedly in violation of Reddit's Terms of Service, but the listed actions fall clearly outside of it, and most importantly prevent the appeals process.
To answer the OP, the admins don't give a shit about their own Terms of Service. If one or more of them personally has a problem with you, they will lock you out of your account or even blacklist your IP address or subnet. Your only recourse would be to sue them, but it probably wouldn't be worth the money.

You possibly have a problem with unintelligible post titles.
Try:
1) Boiling down your issue to six words or less, and using that as a post title, and then expanding on the issue in the body of the post.
2) In the body of the post, start with a single clear short sentence in simple English about what you want the post to achieve (e.g. "I wish to be unbanned from Reddit."). Then start a new paragraph and explain the background. Then start another paragraph to expand on what you hope to achieve with the post. Or something like that - most importantly, give a short summary first, separated from everything else.
3) Avoid ambiguity! Your title might be asking why you were banned, the technical method of how you were banned, complaining about being banned unfairly or ... ummm ... something else.
4) Avoid ranting - it's both a great way to get banned, and unlikely to achieve anything positive.

Additionally, post in the correct subreddit for maximum effect.
