Which car should I look into?

Hi everyone im new to cars and this community and wanted to get some insight on what cars I should look at with my needs. I would prefer something budget-ish, of course the cheaper the better but if I have to spend just a little more on the initial purchase or spend some cash to make it a project car, I don't mind. Four doors, decent gas mileage, fun to drive, Reliable since I drive quite often for school, work, and music gigging. I wanna stay away from small interior, Cosmetically something sort of sporty would be nice, use your version of "sporty" for interpretation. I'm pretty casual when it comes to preference in looks. Something more than a typical Prius or civic, but less than a crazy modded out Subaru lol. Oldest year preferably around 2003/2005. If y'all could help out that would be sick :)) thank you

Depends on what budget is to you but the 2007-2011 Lexus is350’s and gs350’s are solid. Gas mileage is decent, sporty, fun v6 power and extremely reliable. Plus nice interior and features. They do not need a lot to stay running for hundreds of miles. You can find lots of these from around 4-10k

I would look at the Nissan Sentra. Lots of bang for buck. Bought one for my daughter, and it’s been great.

4th gen (97-04) Buick Regal GS. Reliable (3800 engine), roomy, comfortable, fun (supercharged engine), 4 door, decent aftermarket support, and cheap. The only place it lacks is looks, but a small aftermarket trunk lid spoiler and a new set of wheels definitely helps

The engine in those is great but the transmission is hot garbage. They all fail.
