I am a software programmer and recently started a software agency, right now I have one person in the team and he is amazing. We work with 2 clients, I decided to get one more person in the team.

My clients are U.S based, and I hire in Turkey, my home country. I am able to do interview for software skills, and skills in general, but I am unable to do assessment on their English skills.

I am curious, are AI interviewing tools a thing now? anyone used in their company? I know it is ass to send someone a link to get assessment from a piece of software, but I am just curious and wanted to ask here if people are using it.
