I’m hoping to have fitter wardrobes installed and have contacted a few local, national, and large, well known companies.

Does anyone have suggestions?

I’ve spoken to Wren, Sharps, Hammonds, Neville Johnson, Craft Wardrobes, Strachan Furniture Makers, and a few local carpenters. Quite excessive I know, but the prices vary so massive it’s hard to narrow it down. Surprisingly, the most expansive quotes I’ve had so far have been from the carpenters.

I didn’t bother getting NJ’s designer out because they said their minimum order is 3.5k and that I’m looking at 5.5+k for what I described.

What I have found odd is that one of the big companies is very, very comfortable to throwing shade at the others: “Oh no, you shouldn’t go with X, their wardrobes will fall apart after 13 months” sort of thing. It’s interesting that for such a big, reputable company they engage in that kind of childish mud throwing.
