I'm re-watching the series and just noticed this. This is from Genesis: season 7,episode 19, 26 minutes into the episode. In the episode everyone on the Enterprise (save for Data and Picard, because they were on a shuttle craft) catches some kind of virus that causes their DNA to change into strange creatures. The screenshot is of Riker. I wonder if he flipped off the camera on purpose? Probably not but he definitely flipped the bird to the camera, whether it was intentional or not. The Pic is not edited in anyway. If you have the ability to check the episode, you can see for yourself.

FYI thats not frakes, it's frakes' stunt double. And i've been seeing this since 1994, it must have been on purpose.

This makes sense in the storyline, too.

The virus causes everyone to revert to some prior evolutionary stage. Humans of course go back to being monkey/apes, which can be notoriously mischievous and antagonistic towards others.

Monkey flipping off the camera… pure comedy gold! Nice catch.

I like to believe that in another quantum reality when it's Riker's turn to be changed back to normal Picard is like, nah, and keeps Riker a caveman forever, chained to the bridge just for funsies.
