Do not buy lottery at the Circle K on 301 Legacy Drive, they are pocketing people's winnings!

This is the first time in my life I have ever posted anything like this, and even at the risk of sounding like a Karen, I feel like it's important. Please read the entire post. I had two scratch off tickets that I bought on Saturday at a different gas station. I scratched them off, one $4 winner and one $10 winner. On Sunday, I went to cash in these two tickets at the Circle K since it was next to Taco Casa which I was getting for lunch. Double checked both tickets on the little scanner next to the register, same thing, a $4 and a $10. I had no issue cashing in the $4 winner. But the $10 winner, the clerk scanned it and said it had been already redeemed. Handed me my ticket back. Which is odd, because they always take back your ticket to prevent something like this. I went and scanned on the little checker by the register, and now it said "already paid". How? I never got my money. He said the manager would be in there tomorrow in the afternoon but I was busy working the next day so I couldn't make it. I did however call the lottery commission when I got home and they explained either he account scanned the ticket twice, or he did indeed pocket tue money. They said that they can do a full investigation if the manager cannot give me my money back, which is what I'll be doing next. Fast forward to just 15-20 minutes ago, I walked in it. It was the same clerk and he said he would call the manager and the manager on the phone was extremely unprofessional. I explain to him what the lottery commission said, and I told them that they could look and see where that ticket was cashed, but he really didn't seem that much interested, he was just giving me an attitude and busy talking over me and explaining that he can't do this on "blind faith" and I should go talk to the lottery commission if I really want my money. Then he said that he would blacklist me from the store which is extremely odd. I wasn't making a scene. I was on the phone that the clerk handed me, away from the register while he was busy attending to the customers. I'm 99% certain that this was not an accident and they are pocketing the money on purpose, so if you're interested in buying a lottery or buying scratch tickets, don't buy it at the Circle K on 301 Legacy Drive. I will be contacting the lottery commission tomorrow morning and seeing what happens and there will most likely be an investigation.
