noticing a really bad bumping from my rear wheel, a small knock can bounce me off the seat, its gotten that bad.

tyre isnt flat, no bent or broken spokes i can see, the wheel doesnt wobble noticably when i spin it by hand which has me worried it can be motor related. does it sound ok?

how can i identify whats causing the bouncing and fix it?
