I recently upgraded from rx 580 8gb to 3060ti (used). i have ryzen 5 3600.

CS2 - I had around 180fps and now i have 200fps. (ok cpu based i guess),but today i downloaded GTA V and im getting only 60-80fps....i run tests on nvidia stats logging and it shows only 10-20% gpu is used,while cpu is at around 40%....(all normal settings,vysnc off)
