I built a PC a month ago with a Ryzen 5 5600 and an Rx 6650 XT. My main monitor works fine through HDMI, today I bought a Display port to VGA adapter. (this one)

My second monitor is an LG flatron W1946, it only has one VGA input. When my PC boots up, it shows the bios screen through my second monitor, I am able to go into bios on my second monitor and it works fine but when windows boots only my main monitor works. Windows doesn't see my second monitor. I have updated amd drivers but the monitor just dowsn't work.

How could I solve this problem?
