If anyone tested the intel arc b580, what do you think of it? Is it good for 1080p gaming like bf and cod?

Hopefully the savings from getting a B580 vs the competition will let you upgrade the CPU.

I have to say, though, that I don't have any savings from this card. Maybe I'll get 100 euros from my father, like he said, and with that money I'll buy a new motherboard and then a CPU.

Why do you need a new board? Even lowend A320s and A520s can handle a 5600.

I have the msi A320M-A PRO MAX and everyone said i should get a new board before i buy a new cpu

It should be fine to use that board, just make sure to update the bios to the latest before you put in the new CPU.
Although if you're using the stock cooler you need something better for the 5600, any 120mm tower will do.

Not ideal gpu to pair with old cpus due to high driver overhead. They fixed/reduced it at some games lately but not everywhere.

Yes, I know it's not the best, but I think it will be better than my GTX 1060 and I also plan to upgrade my motherboard and CPU this year if I can manage it with the money

With better than 3600 CPU? Maybe. But imo check 9060XT 16 Gb.

I know but in my country the 9060xt 16 gb coat around 450 euro and im on low budget

LTT have a good series in the b580 and its gaming performance if you want a visual reference

It is perfectly fine.
