Is 12600k with 4070 super is enough to get smooth 100fps gameplay during streaming or recording gameplay

Not ideal. Probably want a 12700k for that minimum. Without streaming 100 fps is very possible with that setup.

I think in 1440p you can easily. 12600k is a great CPU and 4070 is no slouch. Be prepared to turn down settings and maybe use dlss but definitely.
