Be specific what's the name of this badboy I don't really know i just bought from somebody it's hella rusty how do i fix this can anyone tell me the details about this

I agree with one of the previous posters. It appears to be a Khyber Pass special, from Darra Pakistan. On YT there are a bunch of videos showing the village gunsmiths making all sorts of rifles , pistols shotguns etc. Some vary similar to the one pictured.

It's a bootleg that I've only ever seen in pictures from india/seasia but have been unable to extract a useful name of.
It's probably hella illegal if you're somewhere you can buy it.

The markings are spurious, pretty sure you have a 'kyber pass' made pistol. Even if fully restored, they are not really safe to fire.
