Red wine reduction mixed with a 321 quick brine with apple cider vinegar. Cayenne, chipotle, Poppy seeds, and salad seasoning.

I make something very similar and put it on a chicken shawarma. Chop the carrots up a bit first, some garlic mayo and hot sauce, bit of salad. It's delicious.
